Surrounded by snow, Chinese witch hazel and Bodnant viburnum flowers with green wallflower leaves brighten up a very gloomy winter's day thanks to the miracle of flash photography - it's the flash that generated the light you see reflected by the snow.

- In the centre of the picture the yellow petals of Chinese witch hazel(Hamamelis mollis 'Pallida') and pink profusion of Bodnant viburnum (Viburnum x bodnantense 'Dawn').
